$150,000 – $200,000 + Super (depending on experience)

We are partnering with a highly respected Tier 2 Builder (4 Gold Star iCIRT Rated) delivering premium Class 2 residential developments across Sydney.

With a strong pipeline of secured projects throughout the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore, they are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their team and contribute to the successful delivery of residential developments valued between $40M and $100M.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially secure builder with an outstanding reputation for quality, strong systems, and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery across all stages of construction
• Manage RFIs, shop drawings, design coordination, and consultant interfaces
• Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration
• Monitor project programmes and construction sequencing
• Track project costs, variations, procurement schedules, and progress claims
• Implement and manage QA systems, ITPs, inspections, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme objectives
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality requirements

About You

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer delivering Class 2 residential projects in NSW
• Experience working on projects valued between $40M and $100M highly regarded
• Strong understanding of NCC requirements, construction methodologies, QA processes, and project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
