Early Career Speech Pathologist - Carlisle WA

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic early career Speech Pathologist to join our growing paediatric team.

Our clinic, located in Carlisle, is a small Allied Health practice with a bright, welcoming environment designed to support both clinicians and families. The space includes natural lighting, engaging therapy spaces and a well-equipped gym area that encourages collaborative and play-based therapy approaches.

At the heart of our practice is a strong commitment to holistic, family-centred care and a neuro-affirming approach. We value supporting each child’s individual strengths, interests, and regulation needs, and are looking for a clinician who aligns with these values and is passionate about providing respectful, strengths-based support.

About the role

This is a part time position initially, with the opportunity to gradually increase your caseload and hours as referrals continue to grow.

The role will include:

  • Clinic-based therapy sessions
  • Community visits, primarily school visits
  • A mix of private and NDIS clients
  • Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary paediatric team

You will receive:

  • Direct supervision and mentoring from a Senior Speech Pathologist
  • Ongoing clinical support
  • Opportunities to build confidence and develop your clinical skills in a supportive environment

We are looking for Someone who

  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is eager to learn and grow as a clinician
  • Values teamwork and collaboration
  • Holds (or is eligible for) Speech Pathology Australia membership
  • Has a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for community visits
