• Exposure to complex energy, renewables, resources, transport and major property development projects across Australia.
• Broad mix of work including procurement strategy, project structuring and negotiation of EPC, EPCM, D&C and O&M arrangements.
• Acting for sophisticated clients including developers, contractors, government bodies, financiers and major energy and mining participants.
• Suited to a front-end construction/projects lawyer at the Senior Associate level, with strong drafting capability and commercial approach to complex transactions.

• Collaborative national platform with genuine progression, mentoring responsibility and direct client engagement
• Suited to a 5+ PQE lawyer with strong front-end construction, energy or projects experience and commercial drafting capability
