Workroom Team Leader

One of our clients hiring for Workroom Team Leader for their St Agnes SA site ( Temporary role )

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ability to follow and change daily roster based on sales orders, works orders and priorities received from the Workroom Supervisor, as required
• Ensure safety of the workroom staff through active engagement in training of workroom team members on equipment and assembly processes.
• Maintain production efficiency in line with allocated workstation outputs.
• Complete regular product quality checks on all production processes to ensure product conformity.
• Check completed works orders daily before returning orders to Workroom Supervisor and remaining components are returned to store.
• Ensure the Workroom is kept in a safe and tidy condition and complies with WHS regulations.
• Carry out other job-related duties as directed by Workroom Supervisor and Production Manager.

Qualifications And Experience

The qualification and experience requirements of this position are:

• Leading a team of operators
• The capability of multi-tasking
• 2 years minimum experience in factory environment and product knowledge
