About The Position
We are seeking experienced Structural Civil Supervisors for positions working a 2/1 FIFO from Perth.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supervising and coordinating multiple small civil and earthworks projects
- Planning and allocating labour, plant, materials, and equipment
- Managing schedules, reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Problem-solving on site to keep projects on track
- Liaising with the Operations Manager, clients, and contractors
- Building strong working relationships across all levels of the project
Skills And Experience
- Statutory Supervisor Certificate - S26 essential
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership role within civil or earthworks
- Strong understanding of project delivery, safety, and scheduling
- Confident managing crews, equipment, and materials
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with Rio Tinto site standards (advantageous)
- Great communication and leadership skills with a proactive attitude
