About The Role
The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Analyst reports to the Executive Manager, Business & Financial Services for a range of ICT and administrative duties including data extraction, manipulation and analysis as well as designing and developing data reports to support evidence based-decision making by leadership; system analysis; data integrity; business intelligence; first level help desk and ICT asset management. The ICT Analyst supports IES in achieving the strategic directions as listed in the IES Strategic and Business Plan and ICT Strategic Plan by applying learned skills and knowledge of established work practices and procedures and adhering to Government and Department policies and procedures, all of which supports International Education Services (IES) decision making and performance improvement.

Special conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO5 $89,007 - $98,991 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
