Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at MediaForm’s Office in Salisbury (Brisbane), QLD, for a Business Development / Account Manager.

You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients across QLD, developing strong relationships, understanding client requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

  • Managing existing client accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Developing and executing strategic account and growth plans
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create proposals and deliver solutions
  • Handling client inquiries and providing guidance on products and services
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reporting
  • Supporting long‑term client engagement, retention, and revenue growth

This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive commercial mindset, and a strong understanding of the IT and office technology landscape.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Service
  • Ability to create and execute strategic account plans
  • Knowledge of the IT/Office Supplies industry and related products
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid problem‑solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
  • Experience working with major brands (HP, Lexmark, Samsung, Microsoft) is highly regarded
