The Role

As a Consultant, you will deliver high-quality analytical insights and advisory services to financial service clients. You’ll work closely with senior actuaries, data scientists and client teams, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations while contributing to a broad range of projects and AI-led transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver analytics across reserving, pricing, capital modelling, and broader data-driven projects
  • Apply statistical, actuarial, and data science techniques to solve complex business problems
  • Build and maintain models and analytical tools to support client decision-making
  • Translate technical outputs into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver client solutions
  • Contribute to AI and digital transformation initiatives, including identifying use cases and supporting implementation
  • Support the delivery of client reports, presentations, and technical documentation
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical approaches.

About You

  • Degree in Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 1–5 years’ experience in actuarial, insurance analytics, or a related quantitative role
  • Foundational knowledge of insurance concepts such as pricing, reserving, or capital modelling
  • Experience with tools such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in AI and emerging analytics techniques, with a mindset to challenge existing approaches
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
