Squiz Content Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Squiz Content Coordinator to support a short-term digital content project within a large government environment. You will play a key role in updating and publishing website content within Squiz DXP, supporting a high volume content uplift across a customer focused digital platform.

This role would suit someone who enjoys hands on CMS work, has strong attention to detail and is confident working with templates, components, metadata, taxonomy and content quality checks. You will work closely with digital, communications, UX and project teams to ensure content is accurate, accessible, well-structured and ready for publication.

Key responsibilities

  • Upload, edit, format and publish content using Squiz DXP
  • Support high volume website content updates and content population activities
  • Work with supplied copy, images, documents and digital assets
  • Apply correct tagging, metadata, taxonomy and categorisation
  • Ensure content is accurate, consistent, accessible and aligned to style guides
  • Conduct quality assurance checks, including link validation and content review
  • Work closely with digital, UX, communications and project teams to resolve content issues and meet delivery timelines
  • Support structured, user-focused and accessible content delivery

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience using Squiz DXP or a similar CMS
  • Hands on experience uploading, editing, formatting and publishing web content
  • Experience working with templates, components, metadata, taxonomy and structured content
  • Ability to support high volume content updates, website migration or content population activities
  • Strong understanding of web content best practice, accessibility and WCAG standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong quality assurance capability
  • Experience performing content validation, link checking and publication readiness checks
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate with business, communications, digital and technical stakeholders
