The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex ICT and cyber security projects, with a focus on internal identity and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, and driving successful outcomes across multiple stakeholders and business areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver complex, organisation-wide projects with a focus on identity and access management
  • Lead the implementation of internal identity and PAM solutions
  • Develop, manage and execute detailed project plans, schedules and dependencies
  • Ensure delivery of project milestones on time, within scope and within budget
  • Provide strategic input into project design, governance and operational integration
  • Engage and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and managed service providers
  • Prepare high-quality documentation including business cases, reports, and executive briefs
  • Monitor project performance, quality, risks and benefits, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee budget management, procurement activities and contract performance
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations across all levels
  • Deliver regular reporting, including status updates and exception reports
  • Support organisational change, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and develop team members, contributing to capability uplift

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Senior Project Manager within ICT or Cyber Security environments
  • Proven experience delivering internal identity or identity management projects
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
  • Experience working with managed service providers, vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and delivery frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • Experience producing executive-level reporting and documentation
