About the Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse. With strong communication skills, sound clinical knowledge, a commitment to safe high-quality patient-centred care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team on the medical unit at Griffith Base Hospital.
About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Exceptional Patient Care: Aligning to policy and working within your scope of practice to assess, plan, implement and deliver comprehensive care plans that reflect the identified needs and goals of the patient.
- Critical Thinking: Identify and develop safe and effective strategies to improve practice and patient safety.
- Communication and Teamwork: Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, patients, carers and families.
