About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program. The successful candidate will work within an Agile Scrum team to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions, while contributing to continuous improvement and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM applications and integrations.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 components including entities, forms, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
  • Develop code-first solutions using C#, .NET, Dataverse SDK, and Web API.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services and REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testers to deliver quality solutions.
  • Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment using Azure DevOps.
  • Identify and implement technical improvements, best practices, and automation opportunities.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer within Agile delivery teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Dynamics 365 CE
    • Dataverse
    • C#
    • .NET Framework
    • Plugin Development
    • Custom Workflow Activities
    • Business Rules and Forms Customization
  • Experience with Dataverse SDK and Web API.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or Lean.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience with xUnit or other testing frameworks.
  • Experience delivering solutions in large and complex enterprise environments.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
