Salary range

Level 3.1 to 4.4 ($69,662.07 to $80,290.95 per annum) dependent on skills, knowledge and experience.

Opportunity

The City of Albany’s Customer Service Team is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and customer focused individual to take up the role of Customer Service Officer at the North Road Administration Office.

In this role, you will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor. Your main responsibilities will include creating a welcoming first point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and providing cashiering and telephonist services for the City.

About You

To succeed in this customer-facing role, you will need excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. You should be a team player with strong computer literacy and numeracy abilities.
