Auto Deduct is a fast-growing novated leasing start-up built to do things differently.

We are lean, ambitious, customer-focused and growing quickly. We have more enquiries coming through than we can properly handle, so we are looking for a highly experienced Novated Leasing Consultant who can step in, manage warm leads, convert opportunities and help shape the next stage of our growth.

This is not a role for someone who needs to learn novated leasing from scratch. We are looking for someone who already understands the industry, knows how to structure a lease, can explain the benefits clearly to employees and employers, and can deliver a high-quality customer experience from enquiry through to settlement.

About the role

You will be responsible for managing inbound novated lease enquiries, preparing quotes, guiding customers through their options, liaising with employers, and helping applications progress through to settlement.

You will have the opportunity to play a key role in improving the sales process, strengthening customer experience, and contributing to the growth of the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing warm inbound novated lease leads
• Speaking with employees about their vehicle and salary packaging options
• Preparing novated lease quotes and submitting applications
• Following up leads and converting opportunities
• Working with employers to support onboarding and lease approvals
• Liaising with finance partners, dealers and internal stakeholders
• Helping improve systems, processes and customer communications
• Delivering a professional, responsive and high-trust customer experience

What we’re looking for

You must have strong experience in novated leasing or salary packaging.

The ideal person will have:

• Proven novated leasing experience
• Strong understanding of lease quoting, FBT, residuals and salary packaging
• Confidence explaining novated leasing to customers in simple terms
• Strong sales and follow-up discipline
• Ability to manage a high volume of leads
• Excellent phone and email communication skills
• High attention to detail
• A self-motivated, start-up mindset
• The ability to work independently without needing heavy supervision

Location

Ideally, you will be based on the Gold Coast or nearby.

However, we are open to remote working for the right candidate, provided you are experienced, self-managed and able to deliver results.
