What you will do
As senior advisor, you will support the executive director across a broad range of priorities.
You will help drive planning, reporting and business improvement across infrastructure, property, accommodation and fleet services.
You will:
- provide strategic advice and clear reporting to support decision-making
- prepare complex briefings, research and reports for senior leaders
- manage important projects and coordinate work across business areas
- support effective governance, risk management and compliance activities
- deliver high-level executive and workforce support, including recruitment, planning and team coordination.
About you
There are no mandatory qualifications listed for this role. Experience working with government processes and preparing departmental or ministerial briefings will be highly regarded.
You should also have:
- strong experience preparing departmental and ministerial briefings
- sound knowledge of government and public sector processes
- excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems
- proven ability to plan ahead, adapt to change and build productive working relationships.
