We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded eCommerce Manager to take ownership of our online store and drive digital growth across global markets. This is a hands-on role with real influence; you’ll be leading the eCommerce strategy, rolling up your sleeves in execution, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced fashion environment.

ROLE PURPOSE

As our eCommerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the performance, optimisation, and growth of our online store. Working closely with the senior leadership team on the eCommerce strategy and P&L, you’ll use data and insight to deliver on revenue targets, maximise sales, and enhance customer engagement. With the support of a small but high-impact eCommerce team, you’ll lead the website roadmap and tech stack in collaboration with our external agencies, placing you at the centre of ATG’s digital success This role is best suited for someone highly analytical, technical, and customer-centric, who can balance effective team leadership with hands-on execution to drive sales and optimise performance. This role isn’t just about managing a website, it’s about shaping the digital heartbeat of our brand. You’ll ensure every touchpoint builds customer connection, drives revenue, and honours A.T.G’s commitment to creativity, innovation, and attention to detail

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

eCommerce Strategy & Website Management. Lead and execute the eCommerce strategy to deliver revenue growth and customer engagement, while driving personalisation, SEO performance, and ensuring ATG stays competitive in a fast-moving fashion landscape.

Website Development & Tech Stack. Own the website roadmap and tech stack, collaborating with external partners to deliver new functionality, seamless integrations, and an industry-leading customer experience.

Reporting & Analytics. Use Shopify, GA4, and other tools to track KPIs and generate insights, building a test-and-learn culture that turns data into measurable commercial improvements.

User Experience & CRO. Continuously optimise the customer journey through UX audits, A/B testing, and customer feedback, ensuring every interaction builds connection and conversion.

Team Leadership. Mentor and empower a small but impactful eCommerce team, setting clear priorities, providing feedback, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Vendor & Partner Management. Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and technology partners, negotiating effectively and introducing new solutions that enhance growth and efficiency.

Team Collaboration. Act as a key connector across the business, working with marketing, product, operations, and retail to deliver campaigns, product launches, and a seamless omni-channel experience.

Web Development Leadership. You’ve led website roadmaps and delivered meaningful improvements by collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams. You understand how to balance innovation with practicality to create a best-in-class shopping experience.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 3+ years’ experience in an eCommerce Manager, Online Trading Manager, Digital Commerce Manager or similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience managing a Shopify Plus store, including merchandising, trading, and website optimisation
  • Demonstrated ability to drive online sales growth through CRO, customer journey improvements, and data-led decision making
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and other reporting tools to generate commercial insights
  • Experience managing website development projects and working with agencies, developers, and technology partners
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members while collaborating effectively across departments
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills Additional Experience

  • Experience managing eCommerce across international markets, including Australia, United States, and/or United Kingdom
  • Exposure to Shopify Markets, Global-e, or other cross-border eCommerce solutions

  • Understanding of SEO, CRM, and customer retention strategies
