In this role, you'll:

Partner with stakeholders to deliver end to end procurement and sourcing, leading RFX processes, evaluations, and negotiations to achieve value for money and compliant outcomes.

Develop procurement documentation and contracts aligned to frameworks, panels, and Whole of Government policies, ensuring strong probity, risk, and governance.

Provide practical advice, manage risks, maintain records, and support reporting while driving continuous improvement across procurement practices.

We have Procurement Officer opportunities across multiple teams and locations:

• 2 positions based in Regional NSW
• 2 positions based in Parramatta, supporting direct procurement and minor construction projects

About You

You bring procurement/contract management experience (ideally public sector) and strong knowledge of NSW Government frameworks, applying them in a practical, solutions focused way.

Analytical and detail oriented, you assess risk, interpret information, and provide clear, commercially sound advice.

A strong collaborator, you manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and build stakeholder capability and relationships.

You demonstrate integrity, sound judgement, and a commitment to ethical, compliant procurement and continuous improvement.
