The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Production/ Design Assistant Intern (Mandarin-Speaking) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers in Mandarin to ensure timely purchase order deliveries
• Assisting with fittings, including sketching, documenting, and writing fit comments
• Sourcing materials and products via platforms such as Alibaba
• Tracking and managing samples
• Supporting AI-related processes where required
• Providing general administrative support on an ad-hoc basis
• Assisting the design and production team, as well as the wider LUNALAE team

Requirements

• Ability to read and write in Mandarin (essential)
• Minimum 3-month commitment, 2 days per week
• Currently studying, recently graduated (within the last 2 years), or relevant work experience
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
