Customer Ambassador

If you are interested in working with a dynamic and dedicated team working on and delivering world class events, the Customer Ambassador role is for you.

The casual roles of Customer Ambassadors support the successful and safe end-to-end delivery of various major, minor, sport, community, and entertainment events at GMHBA stadium. Our Customer Ambassadors work predominantly at the stadium gates and stands assisting with ingress and egress and resolving ticketing and event operations matters. This role will require you to get to know the stadium and operate in accordance with the Kardinia Park Stadium Trust event plans, standard operating procedures, and emergency management protocols. Being the first point of contact to our customers, Customer Ambassadors assist and delight our customers with great customer service to ensure their experience at our venue is positive and memorable.

To be successful in this Customer Ambassador role you will have a demonstrated passion to work in the Events and Entertainment Industry, in addition to having a positive outlook, strong leadership skills, and capability to work collaboratively with colleagues towards achieving common goals. Prior experience in providing exceptional customer service, problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers are essential.

Logistics Officer

As a Logistics Officer, you'll be part of a collaborative team that ensures our Stadium is well-prepared and secure for various operations and events. From coordinating logistics to managing supplies and equipment, your contributions will directly impact the overall experience of our visitors and participants.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be open to following instructions and working closely with others. You'll be involved in physically demanding tasks, where your commitment to following our safety manual handling procedures will be key. Your problem-solving skills and positive "can-do" attitude will be invaluable in overcoming any challenges that arise.

Fluency in intermediate to advanced English language skills will enable effective communication with team members and stakeholders. This, coupled with your strong work ethic, will ensure seamless coordination and successful outcomes for all involved.
