About The Role

Reporting to the Financial Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising key financial processes of PVH Brands Australia and New Zealand, delivering insightful analysis, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD at 388 George Street, this is a full-time,

14-month fixed term contract, with a hybrid working model combining time in the office and from home on a weekly basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple business units.
• Prepare monthly P&Ls, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reporting to provide accurate and timely business insights.
• Manage and analyse customer rebates, claims, co-op funding, and key operating expenses to ensure strong financial control and cost management.
• Develop financial models, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to identify opportunities, improve profitability, and drive business performance.
• Prepare executive reporting packs and presentations for senior leadership, including APAC and global reporting requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across financial systems, processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted finance partner to influence business outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• 4–5+ years of finance experience, ideally within Retail, Wholesale, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industries.
• CA or CPA qualified, supported by a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes.
• Prior experience effectively managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial insights into clear business recommendations.
