What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Scheduler within residential construction
• Understanding of sequencing for single‑storey, double‑storey and modular builds
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and confidence using scheduling software
• Ability to problem‑solve and manage competing priorities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Scheduling end‑to‑end builds for single, double‑storey and modular homes
• Coordinating trades and suppliers to maintain workflow
• Monitoring progress and adjusting programs to avoid delays
• Working closely with supervisors, construction managers and modular production teams
• Identifying risks early and implementing solutions
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and WA building standards
