Change Manager

Great projects need more than good plans.

They need the right governance, the right systems and the right level of organisational adoption to ensure they deliver the outcomes they were designed to achieve.

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a significant transformation initiative focused on strengthening project delivery capability across the organisation.

This six-month opportunity will see you working at the intersection of people, process and technology, helping to embed new project management frameworks, governance practices and project controls that will improve how projects are planned, governed and delivered.

This is not a traditional organisational change role focused solely on communications and training. We are looking for someone who understands project delivery environments and has experience helping organisations successfully implement PMO frameworks, project governance methodologies and project controls systems.

The Opportunity Working closely with project leaders and stakeholders across the business, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and adoption of new project management capabilities.

This will include

• Driving change and adoption activities associated with PMO and project governance improvements.
• Supporting the implementation of project management systems covering scheduling, resource management and project controls.
• Assisting with the introduction of project financial management and cost control processes.
• Engaging stakeholders across the organisation to build understanding, capability and commitment.
• Developing and delivering change impact assessments, communication strategies, training approaches and adoption plans.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with experienced Change Managers who have operated within project delivery, infrastructure, construction, utilities, engineering or similarly complex environments.

You'll bring

• Demonstrated experience delivering change initiatives linked to PMO, project governance or project controls environments.
• Experience supporting the implementation of project management, scheduling, resource management or financial control systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple levels of an organisation.
• The ability to translate complex governance and project delivery concepts into practical, easy-to-understand outcomes.
• Experience driving adoption and embedding sustainable ways of working.
