Why you'll love this role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the strategy, execution, and optimisation of Send's marketing activity across multiple verticals and regions. You'll gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of marketing disciplines while playing a key role in delivering campaigns and initiatives that engage and convert our audiences, helping drive measurable growth across the customer funnel.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints.

• Assist with the management, content creation, execution, and reporting of our corporate social channels and website.

• Coordinate Send's presence at industry trade shows, webinars, conferences, and owned events, helping maximise engagement and ROI.

• Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, registrations, and post-event lead follow-up workflows.

• Support the design and deployment of targeted email campaigns that engage customers and move leads through the funnel.

• Create high-impact assets for our sales team and partners, including case studies, whitepapers, pitch decks, and one-pagers.

• Track, report, and analyse the performance of marketing activities, channels, and assets, providing insights to help optimise future campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives and support business growth.

What you'll bring

• 2–5 years' experience in a marketing, communications, events, or related role, ideally within a high-growth B2B, fintech, or SaaS environment.

• Exposure to multiple marketing disciplines, including content marketing, events, email marketing, social media, PR and communications, SEO, and/or marketing automation.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Experience using design tools such as Canva or Figma to create engaging marketing assets.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work across teams.

• A proactive, execution-focused mindset and a genuine desire to learn and grow your marketing career.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

• An analytical and curious approach, with an interest in using data and insights to improve marketing performance.
