Lead, influence and shape the performance of a premium commercial property portfolio with CBRE - the global leader in real estate services.
We're seeking a Senior Property Manager who has the potential to step up into an Associate Director role, overseeing a high-value, A-Grade portfolio and delivering best in class outcomes for this key Adelaide client.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a designated commercial property portfolio
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with owners, tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly reports, annual budgets and strategic business plans
- Manage cash flow, financial reporting and accrual accounting processes
- Oversee all financial transactions, including payments, arrears management and remittances.
- Ensure compliance with all lease obligations, statutory requirements and insurance policies.
- Manage leasing matters including renewals, rent reviews, tenancy schedules, negotiations and recommendations.

You're a confident, detail oriented senior operator who communicates clearly and thrives in a fast paced environment.

- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Strong financial acumen across budgets, forecasting and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- High attention to detail and ability to stay focused on multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (essential).
- Tertiary qualification in a property related discipline (highly regarded).
