Job Description
- Take ownership of a well established shopping centre in Murray Bridge and a portfolio of smaller neighbourhood centres. Play a central role in shaping its performance, retailer mix, and customer experience within a growing regional community.
- Be part of a team recognised for delivering best in class centre management across a national portfolio, working closely with a major client and gaining exposure to institutional grade operations and reporting.
- Step into a hands on leadership role where you’ll have real influence over day to day operations, retailer relationships, and centre presentation.
Who we’re looking for?
- A minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in the Property industry (Retail management essential).
- Certificate of Registration / Agent’s Rep (essential).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong and demonstrated ability to build relationships.
- Customer centric approach.
- Proven time management and organisational skill.
- Current Driver’s license (essential).
- Knowledge of Centre operations.
The role
Our Centre Management team is recognised as a leader in delivering top-tier management to a national retail landlord with centres across Australia. In this exciting role, you will oversee a shopping centre in Murray Bridge and a portfolio of smaller neighbourhood centres. The role involves establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, safe and an inviting destination for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the client in administering the requirements of leases and licenses.
- Managing and keeping tenancy schedules accurate.
- Assist in the preparation of annual income and expenditure budgets.
- Manage and maintain bank guarantees.
- Regular centre inspection to ensure the highest level of presentation.
- Monitor and follow up any maintenance related queries and works.
- Establish strong relationships with occupiers including managing any complaints.
- Provide CAPEX recommendations to the FM team.
- Provide marketing and promotional activity support.
- Arrears management.
- Monthly financial reporting.
- Expense forecasting.
