This role will be a traditional marketer's dream, the chance to help grow a highly technical team by bringing your commercial marketing nous to expand the brand's awareness nationally. Although BFJ is a digital agency, the role will have offline marketing functions that would be normal for a marketing manager.

About You

You will be a commercially minded digital marketer. Growth metrics with specific revenue goals will be central to the activities undertaken. Experience in driving business success above and beyond fluffy marketing metrics (no cpm kpis here!) will be what sets you above the rest.

You will have the teams channel specialists at your disposal, which means best in market strategic thinkers that will execute your marketing plan.

Beyond digital, offline activities will be central to the role, so experience with traditional methods will be mandatory.

  • Ideally experience working in an agency
  • Minimum 4 years experience as a marketing professional
  • Revenue growth KPI experience
  • Customer Journey Management experience
  • Stong personal skills wtih all stake holder levels.
  • Digital marketing
  • Performance media experience
  • Strong knowledge of Google analytics
  • Email marketing experience
