The Opportunity

MacKellar is continuing its partnership with Aeris Resources through the exciting new Constellation Project, located near Nyngan, NSW. As operations continue to grow, we’re seeking experienced Service Persons to join our high-performing maintenance team on a 7/7 rotating day and night roster.

This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work on a developing mining project with a modern fleet, strong leadership, and a team committed to safety and reliability.

About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the maintenance team through safe and efficient servicing of heavy mining equipment across site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Fueling and servicing heavy mining equipment
• Carrying out daily checks and inspections
• Greasing and preventative maintenance activities
• Maintaining service records and reporting defects
• Supporting breakdown and maintenance teams as required
• Ensuring work areas are maintained to a high safety standard

About You

• Previous experience in a mining or heavy earthmoving environment
• Experience servicing heavy mobile equipment
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Current Driver’s Licence
• HR licence and Service Mine Plant & Equipment RII highly regarded
