Permanent Educator | Kindergarten (3–5 years) | Indooroopilly

We’re looking for a warm, passionate, and reliable Early Childhood Educator to join our Kindergarten room (3–5 years) at Journey Early Learning Indooroopilly in a permanent role.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll support children’s learning and development through engaging, play‑based experiences that build confidence, independence, and school readiness. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to create a calm, inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Support play‑based learning aligned with the EYLF

Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

Promote school readiness through engaging experiences

Contribute to observations and documentation

Work collaboratively within a supportive team

Maintain high standards of safety and care

About You

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Must have completed National Child Safety Training

Passion for supporting Kindergarten‑aged children

Warm, relationship‑focused approach

Reliable, team‑oriented, and positive

Strong communication skills

Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
