DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Program Management for an Adelaide CBD based, full-time, permanent onsite role focused on program delivery, governance, team leadership, and mainframe modernization.

Essential Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute program plans, ensuring goals are met within budget and timeline.
  • Lead a large team of Project and Test managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Oversee program budgets, resources, and risk mitigation efforts. Strong skills with Time / Cost / Quality are important.
  • Track and report program progress and key performance indicators.
  • Oversee and manage vendor relationships for outsourced program components.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead their implementation.
  • Ensure that program scope is clearly defined, understood, and adhered to throughout the project.
  • Ensure strong governance is setup and maintained
  • Experience with Mainframe Application Modernisation
  • Experience with System Integration environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in program and project management
  • Proficiencies in program planning, execution, and team leadership
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP or PgMP or equivalent, are a plus

Please note a Working with Children Check and National Police Check (NPC) will be required as part of commencing in this role.
