Business Analyst
Sense Recruitment
Some Business Analyst roles focus on process improvement. Others focus on systems. This one sits at the heart of how large-scale projects are governed, controlled and delivered.
Our client is investing in the tools, systems and frameworks that support the successful delivery of major capital works programs. They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team on an initial six-month contract and play a key role in enhancing project governance, financial control and project delivery capabilities.
Working alongside project, finance and delivery stakeholders, you'll help shape and improve the systems and processes used to manage project schedules, resources, costs and reporting across a complex construction portfolio.
This is an opportunity to work in an environment where your analysis will directly influence project performance, decision-making and governance outcomes.
Key areas of focus include
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of PMO and project governance systems
- Enhancing project controls across scheduling, resource management and cost management processes
- Working with project teams to improve project financial control and reporting capabilities
- Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into practical solutions
- Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across project delivery, finance and corporate functions
We're interested in speaking with Business Analysts who have experience working within large and complex project environments, particularly across capital works, infrastructure, engineering, construction or utilities sectors.
You'll bring experience supporting the implementation or enhancement of PMO, project controls, project governance or financial management systems and be comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
In return, you'll join a highly regarded organisation delivering critical infrastructure projects that make a meaningful difference to the community.
Initial six-month contract with the potential for extension.
