Organisational Communication Coordinator

As a valued member of our Organisational Communications team, you’ll help deliver employee communication strategies across NGM Group and its iconic brands, including Newcastle Permanent, Greater Bank, and their respective Charitable Foundations.
You’ll support the team to inform and inspire our people—helping to design and deliver internal communication strategies and channels that foster a positive work environment, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
What will your key responsibilities include?
- Help coordinate, develop and publish creative content for organisation-wide internal communication channels across a wide variety of formats (newsletters, intranet, toolkits, presentations etc).
- Support the review and enhancement of communication channels to better meet employee needs.
- Administration of the team mailboxes, content and planning calendars and organisational communications team briefing forms.
- Work with key stakeholders to help deliver employee activities and events.
- Assist in the development of clear, engaging and informative content across a range of internal channels.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure content across our organisational communication channels is up to date, timely and engaging.
- Provide administrative assistance to the broader team.
What are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated industry experience. Final-year students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled communications all-rounder with writing and editing skills who thrives in a fun and fast paced energetic environment.
- Experience in a similar support role that helps to manage and coordinate internal communication channels and implement effective internal communication plans and employee engagement activities.
- Passion for all things internal communication.
- Great organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated abilities to meet deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
