As a Team Leader Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the resort. The Housekeeping Team Leader will lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure the cleanliness and safety of guest rooms and public areas. What will you do?

• Oversee team tasks and delegate responsibilities
• Monitor stock control of mini bars, cleaning products, and linen
• Supervise, train, and develop team members
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety procedures
• Inspect rooms to meet 5-star cleanliness standards and assist with guest inquiries

More About You

• Extensive knowledge of the housekeeping or cleaning industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader, managing teams
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Experience in organising periodical cleans
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, public holidays, and weekends
