Reporting into the Ballarat General Manager is responsible for leading the local content teams at 3BA FM102.3 & 103.1 Power FM, the Leaders in Local in Ballarat.

You’ll Need To

  • Know how to create and execute hyper-local, entertaining content that connects to the 18-39 and 35-54 demos.
  • Work closely with Sales and Promotions to ensure tactically we are coming up with great ideas to generate listener engagement, sales and digital opportunities.
  • Lead by example to inspire, motivate and coach our creative & experienced on-air team
  • Have excellent presentation and administrative skills with a high attention to detail
  • Be able and willing to be a team player and jump in where and when needed
  • Deliver a killer on air arvo shift on 3BA
  • Ensure 3BA and Power FM remain the number one choice for Ballarat

We would like you to have;

  • An impressive history of previous experience leading a team and working with talent.
  • The odd survey win (FYI, we dominated the last survey – no pressure), maybe an ACRA or two and glowing endorsements from your peers
  • Experience with Zetta and GSelector
