Role Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Organisational Change Manager (OCM) to support Army Headquarters in the adoption, integration, and sustainment of Defence Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capability across Army. The role will support Tranche 3 delivery and ongoing ERP release cycles, ensuring Army personnel are prepared to operate effectively within the ERP environment while minimising disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Army ERP activities associated with Tranche 3 delivery and ongoing ERP releases
- Maintain and update Army ERP OCM plans aligned to release schedules and workstreams
- Coordinate change activities across Army stakeholders and Defence ERP OCM functions
- Identify and assess change impacts across Army functions and operational environments
- Develop communication packs, FAQs, SharePoint content, training materials, and briefing products
- Support delivery of workshops, roadshows, leadership briefings, and stakeholder engagements
- Enable workforce readiness and adoption activities aligned to ERP milestone delivery
- Support integration of ERP-enabled business processes into Army operations
- Assist with structural and organisational change activities including Force Element Retrofit and Job Architecture
- Track and report progress, risks, issues, and adoption outcomes
- Support governance forums, reporting requirements, and decision-making processes
- Contribute to post-release stabilisation and sustainment activities
Key Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering Organisational Change Management (OCM) within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs
- Experience supporting Defence, Government, or complex enterprise stakeholder environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience developing change artefacts including training content, communications, briefings, and readiness materials
- Understanding of ERP-enabled business process transformation and workforce adoption activities
- Strong governance, reporting, and delivery coordination capability
- Ability to operate within fast-paced, highly structured Defence environments
- Experience with SAP, Defence ERP, or enterprise transformation programs highly regarded
