What you'll contribute to
The Sales Support Representative is required to provide timely and accurate customer service and sales support to Toyota Fleet Management customers to deliver upon their day-to-day requirements or queries. As an SSR, you will contribute to our team by providing front line customer support via phone and email. In addition you will support the daily operation of the team through administration support tasks that are essential to providing exceptional support to our customers. The support provided by SSRs to customers and the broader sales team is pivotal and enables the Relationship Manager(s) and Sales Manager(s) to grow and leverage more strategic relationships that deliver ongoing value-adding services.
How you'll make an impact
- Provide support to the regional sales team and broader region to achieve upon sales and performance targets.
- Prepare quotes and convert to orders/ contracts within the required service level agreements.
- Manage customer-added products and services.
- Manage end-of-contract processes, including lease/registration expiry, vehicle replacements, and alignment of new orders.
- Ensure compliance with policies, approvals, and documentation, including pricing, credit, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor financial risk by managing debtors, reconciling payments, and following up on overdue accounts with regular reporting
- Support credit and risk processes by gathering required data and completing mandatory training
- Manage off-lease activities, including customer communication, fair wear and tear and vehicle collections
- Assist with data preparation and analysis
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive efficiency
- Support our customers by being their first contact point on phone and via email, by understanding internal/external stakeholder processes and policies.
- Provide administrative support to the team by undertaking ad hoc and set-cadence tasks.
- Applying a kaizen mindset to the role, looking for way to improve processes and identify gaps.

- Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline, or similar, is preferable but not essential
- Some working knowledge of the fleet management, finance and/or automotive industry would be considered advantageous
- Ability to communicate messages confidently and effectively
- Excellent time management, work organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a broader team as well as autonomously, as required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly across Excel, PowerPoint and Word
