About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Previous used automotive sales experience
- A passion for people and building lasting customer relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A customer-first approach and professional attitude
- A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently
- A drive to achieve targets and deliver great results
- Strong follow-up, attention to detail, and time management
- Previous automotive sales experience, or a strong retail/customer service background with the motivation to succeed in sales
- A current manual driver’s licence — essential
- The right to work in Australia
About The Role
As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant at Bartons Capalaba, you will:
- Guide customers through the full vehicle buying journey, from enquiry to handover
- Present and sell quality used vehicles with confidence and professionalism
- Conduct test drives and tailor solutions to each customer’s needs
- Follow up leads, enquiries, and customer opportunities
- Build long-term relationships that turn customers into Bartons advocates
- Work towards monthly sales targets — and get rewarded for achieving them
- Stay across vehicle stock, features, finance options, and market trends
- Contribute to a positive, motivated, and high-performing sales environment
