The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Design Lead - Mandatory Compliance to join Crown’s Culture & Capability team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high‑impact, enterprise learning solutions that align with Crown’s strategic priorities and drive measurable performance outcomes.

Working across a portfolio of initiatives, you will lead end‑to‑end learning design, balancing enterprise consistency with tailored business needs. You will partner closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts and external providers to create engaging, learner‑centred experiences across multiple modalities. This role also provides leadership to a small team and drives innovation through contemporary learning practices, digital solutions and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering enterprise learning solutions aligned to business strategy and performance outcomes
  • Shaping and evolving the learning roadmap using a portfolio approach across multiple priorities
  • Leading end‑to‑end learning design, including discovery, development and evaluation of learning programs
  • Partnering with stakeholders, SMEs and providers to deliver high‑quality, scalable and impactful learning experiences
  • Driving innovation across learning design, including digital, blended and AI‑enabled approaches

About You

This role suits an experienced learning professional with strong design capability and a passion for creating impactful, modern learning experiences. You bring a deep understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory and the ability to deliver solutions that are both engaging and commercially effective.

You are a confident leader and collaborator who can influence stakeholders, manage complexity and lead teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes. With a forward‑thinking mindset, you are comfortable working across evolving priorities while embedding strong governance, compliance and continuous improvement practices.

You will bring:

  • Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise learning solutions in complex or regulated environments
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles and contemporary learning practices
  • Proven experience leading end‑to‑end learning design across multiple programs and stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline
