Were looking for a new IT recruiter to join our team at tekFinder to focus in the Data space. Ideally you have 1-2 years in IT recruitment and are looking for a role where you want to be closely mentored.

We've a number of clients hiring datas engineers, LLM specialists and machine learning engineers and are in a good place to set someone up for success.

We’re a small, fun team of senior recruiters. We enjoy business development, work hard and have a good time doing it.

Were also the team behind tekFoundation; the non-profit that provides free recruitment services to charities around the country!

The chances are you’re an adult – so you’ll be treated like one. Yes – we do have KPIs, but they’re treated as a framework to help you get to where you need to.

We’re lucky to be working with some of Sydneys best product & tech businesses and recruiting for them is fun. Technology is always changing and most of our clients (dare we say, mates) give us interesting roles to work on.

We're looking for a senior consultant with minimum 5+ years commercial experience in IT recruitment and a proven history of billings.

We're looking for someone that likes to be ethical in their approach, provides detail to candidates and don't waste peoples time with cryptic job ads.

We are driven – but we don’t like being pushy and don't wreck & ruin our way to making placements.
