Senversa has transitioned recently to a larger private company with over 200 staff and revenues exceeding $50M. As we continue our growth journey, we are seeking a National Digital Services Leader to shape and grow a market‑leading Digital Services capability across Australia.

This is a strategic growth and leadership role focused on expanding our digital consulting presence nationally. You will work closely with the CEO, COO, Head of Technology & Innovation and Senior Management Team to strengthen existing digital capabilities and identify new opportunities aligned with Senversa’s strengths across geospatial, data, analytics, and emerging digital services.

So, what will you do?

You will lead the national growth and strategic direction of Digital Services at Senversa, including strengthening market presence, developing new service offerings and supporting interdisciplinary opportunities across the business.

The role will focus on:

  • Building and executing the Digital Services strategy and business plan
  • Growing client relationships, revenue streams and market presence nationally
  • Leading and developing a high‑performing Digital Services team
  • Driving collaboration across regions and technical disciplines
  • Supporting the delivery of commercially and technically sound digital solutions
  • Identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities and partnerships
  • Promoting innovation and future‑focused digital capability development
  • Contributing to senior leadership discussions, planning and business performance.

What you’ll bring

You will bring proven leadership experience in digital, data, analytics, geospatial and/or engineering consulting within a professional services environment.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Strong commercial judgement and understanding of consulting business models
  • Experience developing and delivering growth strategies and digital offerings
  • The ability to translate client needs into practical and scalable digital solutions
  • Strong client relationship and business development capability
  • Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills
