Project Engineer

We are currently seeking experienced

Project Engineers to join a growing pipeline of civil infrastructure projects across both local and FIFO opportunities.

Projects span subdivisions, structural works, and major TMR road infrastructure, with contractors ranging from strong Tier 2 and Tier 1 delivery environments.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of civil construction projects including subdivisions, roadworks, structures, and earthworks
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and supplier coordination
• Support project planning, programming, and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with TMR standards, HSEQ requirements, and project specifications
• Prepare and review project documentation including SWMS, ITPs, and QA records
• Assist with variations, progress claims, and commercial reporting
• Work collaboratively with site teams to drive program and productivity

About You

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• 4–5+ years’ experience in civil construction (subdivisions, roads, or structures preferred)
• Exposure to TMR projects or similar road infrastructure highly regarded
• Strong understanding of site-based project delivery and construction methodology
• Confident communicator with strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in both FIFO and local environments (depending on project allocation)
