About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our Sydney studio. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the design and delivery of projects across a range of sectors—residential, cultural, commercial, and civic—while being part of a supportive and future-focused studio environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high‑quality interior design outcomes from concept through to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and clients to uphold design intent.
- Present design ideas clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage interior design components of projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and risk management.
- Provide mentorship, training and guidance to junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience working in interior design within a design or architecture practice, with proven project leadership
- A formal qualification in Interior Design or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience leading interior projects across all stages from concept through to delivery
- Strong knowledge of materials, FF&E, documentation standards, and sustainable design practices
- Proficiency in Revit (essential), with capability in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- A calm, considered, and solutions-focused approach to leading teams and solving problems
- A passion for inclusive, high-quality design and a collaborative studio environment
