We value doing good work, doing good by our clients and, most of all, being good to each other. We’re confidently curious and always hungry to know more, to understand, and get to the ‘why’. We don’t just deal in creativity, we thrive on it. And most importantly, we have lots of fun doing it!
Become a Shiftie
We’re on the hunt for a communications expert to join our PR Accounts team in Brisbane working across a mix of consumer clients.
No day is the same at alt/shift/, however regular tasks will include:
- Executing campaigns and retainer client work: which may include pitching, copywriting, influencer and ambassador management, attending video and photo shoots, organising and attending media calls, capturing content from events or media calls for journalists, media and our own channels.
- Team management: ensuring client work is delivered by the team on time, on budget and in line with set KPIs.
- Client management: lead client WIPs, support new briefs and responses, exceptional media knowledge.
- Admin: Organised file management within the alt/shift/ drive. Accurate time sheet recording and ensuring all client admin (such as WIP docs, agendas, meeting notes, etc) is delivered on time by your team.
We are looking for the right fit to join us in the Shifty Brissie office who will work alongside our colleagues in Melbourne and Sydney, a team of creative thinkers and communications specialists.
Employee initiatives
We’re committed to providing our staff with the environment, support and training to do their best work, so we have a range of policies and programs in place to support staff.
- Work from Anywhere Month: Sometimes change is as good as a holiday and our Work From Anywhere month allows you to work as you normally would, from wherever you choose
- Work from Home: We work in the office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (unless you want to come in every day - some of us do!)
- Doona Days: To help fight the burn-out monster, you are entitled to one ‘doona day’ every six months to top up the tank
- Shifty Job Pause: There will be times when a four-week annual break just isn’t enough. So, we’ve introduced our Job Pause initiative - where you can apply for a three-month job pause. During this time your job will be held for a maximum of three months
