About the Role
We are currently seeking a Project Leader to join our Melbourne studio. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the design and delivery of projects across a range of sectors—residential, cultural, commercial, and civic—while being part of a supportive and future-focused studio environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead architectural projects from concept design through to construction completion
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and client stakeholders
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all phases of the project
- Manage project programs, budgets, and deliverables with care and clarity
- Contribute to documentation, QA processes, and delivery excellence
- Mentor and support junior team members and promote a culture of learning
- Contribute to broader studio improvement, systems, and project strategy
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years’ experience in architectural practice, with proven project leadership
- Registration as an Architect in Australia (or on the pathway to registration)
- Strong design and technical skills across documentation and project delivery
- Proficiency in Revit (essential), with capability in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- A calm, considered, and solutions-focused approach to leading teams and solving problems
- A passion for inclusive, high-quality design and a collaborative studio environment
