Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering technical solutions across the collision repair industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through new business development and customer acquisition.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase market share within assigned territories.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand customer accounts.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
- Promote and sell workshop equipment, technology, and repair solutions.
- Consult with customers to understand operational needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and workshop fit-out recommendations.
- Install, service, and repair equipment, including welding and measuring systems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive retention and long-term account growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, service work, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Qualified Panel Beater with 3+ years of industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven ability to grow customer accounts, generate new business, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel throughout Perth as required.
