About The Role
We are looking for an experienced full-time Legal Assistant primarily supporting our Property Group who have a heavy practice in property development. The team is well organised, with established processes, procedures and checklists to ensure the high-quality of all work undertaken.
Responsibilities will include all usual Legal Assistant duties including:
- opening / closing files
- correspondence / compiling mail
- management of calendars
- file management
- able to prioritise workflow
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- sound communication skills
- eye for detail and ability to edit carefully
- excellent organizational skills
- general office and secretarial skills

Essential Skills
- at least two years’ experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- the ability to prioritise a large workload with attention to detail
- willingness to learn and ability to demonstrate initiative
Desired Skills
- Actionstep, iManage Work, Lawdocs and PEXA
