Compliance Analyst

Keypoint Law is expanding its Central Office team and is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support our risk and compliance function. This is a full-time role based in Sydney or Melbourne, with WFH flexibility.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Support the firm’s risk management program, with a primary focus on AML/CTF compliance
- Undertake customer due diligence (CDD) on Keypoint’s clients
- Work closely with the firm’s external CDD provider to facilitate onboarding requirements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure compliance obligations are met
- Identify and escalate potential risks or concerns to the Compliance Officer and Head of Risk
- Oversee the timely completion of AML/CTF workflows
- Assist the Compliance Offer with preparation of annual AUSTRAC reporting
- Respond to compliance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Central Office team with conflict checks for new matters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records
