AI Engineer

We're partnering with a large enterprise organisation investing heavily in AI capabilities and are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to help design, build and deploy production-grade AI solutions.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering scalable AI applications, agents and automation solutions that drive real business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-ready AI solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents and workflow-driven architectures
• Develop RAG-based applications and Copilot-style experiences using reusable frameworks and patterns
• Integrate AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot Studio, Power Platform and M365
• Develop secure and scalable integrations using APIs and enterprise architecture standards
• Implement testing, evaluation, observability and monitoring practices to ensure solution quality
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, governance controls and deployment automation
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Essential Skillset

• Proven experience delivering production AI applications within enterprise environments
• Strong experience with RAG, AI agents, orchestration frameworks and LLM engineering
• Expertise in prompt engineering, retrieval design, embeddings, chunking and guardrails
• Strong software engineering skills using Python and/or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Strong API integration experience and exposure to Azure services
• Understanding of MLOps / LLMOps, testing, deployment and observability practices
• Experience working within secure, governed enterprise environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
