The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Lawyer to advance their career and gain invaluable, hands-on experience by working alongside seasoned Senior Lawyers and respected Partners within our highly regarded WorkCover team.

You’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative group, contributing to a broad and interesting range of WorkCover matters, with ongoing support and mentorship to help you grow professionally and make a real impact.

This is a full-time position, with the added benefit of flexible working arrangements to support your work–life balance.

About you

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong rapport with stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and solution focused approach
• Sound understanding of WorkCover legislation
• Experience (or strong interest) in managing litigated WorkCover defendant files.
