Diksha Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to support our growth across the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Achieve revenue and business growth targets.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Development within IT Staffing, Recruitment, or IT Consulting.

• Strong client acquisition and account management skills.

• Understanding of the Australian market.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Visa holder.
