About The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and driven Store Manager to take the lead of a successful Townsville location. In this role, you'll inspire and develop your team, create memorable customer experiences, and drive strong commercial outcomes. You'll be responsible for all aspects of store performance, including team leadership, visual merchandising, operational standards, and achieving key business objectives.

Skills & Experience

• Previous leadership experience as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager
• A genuine passion for leading, coaching, and developing retail teams
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Demonstrated success achieving sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals
• Well-organised, confident, and hands-on approach to store management
